Auch Bemerkungen und Wünsche unsererseits in Bezug auf unsere Angehörige, werden ignoriert oder mit einer schnippischen Antwort abgeschmettert! Zum Ende des ganzen Grauens wurde uns gesagt, wenn es uns nicht passt sollen wir uns was anderes suchen! Ich könnte hier noch etliche Beispiele bringen.. Wir werden den Heimbeirat und die Pflegekasse über diese Zustände informieren, denn diese Zustände sind nicht zulässig!

Es wurden Hofkonzerte, Telefonate, Balkongespräche (mit den Angehörigen) sogar wurden die Bewohner an den Zaun gebraucht und das Personal nahm sich die Zeit. Der WB1 veranstaltet jetzt noch monatlich eine Mottoparty auf den WB oder im Garten, es wird getanzt, gelacht und es gibt immer lecker Essen. Auch wird 1x die Woche Kuchen gebacke oder mit den Bewohnern gekocht. Die Pfleger sind Liebevoll und Nett, die Arbeiten mit Leidenschaft in diesem Beruf. Ein dickes Lob an dieses Heim...

(Original) Unser Angehöriger wohnt nun schon ein gutes Jahr in dieser Einrichtung und wenn die Pflege so gut wäre wie die Einrichtung des Hauses dann würde es sicherlich mehr Sterne geben.Das Haus selber der Garten die Zimmer die Dekoration sind alles super.Nur leider ist das wichtigste die Pflege, und die ist die reinste Katastrophe.Im allgemeinen herrscht dort ein sehr rauer Umgangston mit den Bewohnern, lächeln habe ich das Personal bei meinen Besuchen auch noch nie gesehen.Die Pflege (Körperhygiene ankleiden usw)findet wo auch nur am Morgen statt und Abends sind sich die Bewohner fast selbst überlassen.Aber Hauptsache das Personal findet ihren Raucherplatz....Da dieses Haus eine MDK Benotung von 1.0 hat möchte ich nicht wissen was für Zustände in Häusern mit einer schlechteren Benotung herrschen.

Ein schönes Haus. Der schöne Garten lädt zum verweilen ein und die Wohnbereiche sind offen und lichtdurchflutet gehalten. Die Wintergärten finde ich eine schöne Idee um auch etwas grün bzw Abwechslung zu haben, wenn man nicht in den Garten kann Gerade zu Corona Zeiten bemühen sich alle Mitarbeiter die Bewohner die fehlenden Besuche durch Angehörige zu erleichtern und ihnen eine schöne Zeit zu machen. Besonders die Dame am Empfang ist stets freundlich und zu einem netten Gespräch bereit.
